Poor Compensation and the tip system.

I applied, got called for an interview the next day, went to the interview the day after that and got the job at the end of it.

Every 5th and 20th of every month unless it's holiday orcweekend you might get your pay the Friday before.

At the sonic i worked at for 4 years, when it got busy, it got slammed busy. management stressed b4 crew n crew became overwhelmed. no matter how hard u worked, managers yelled u were never fast enuf, no help from fellow crew members because they were being pulled in other parts of the store n no one stayed in there assigned positions. food was never out on time nor would it rarly be correct managers spent more time complaining and yelling then resolving n fixing. managers need to be taught to be managers n not drill sargents

The manager call me Wednesday then I had interview that Sunday at 5:15

Manager wasn't flexible with my schedule, also kept scheduling me like crazy even thought I'm a part-timer. They would throw fits when I asked for days off too even though for the days I asked off It was for school because I'm a senior In highschool ??

The hiring manager at my location asked: tell me about myself, asked if i had reliable transportation, did i want to work in the evenings or not, and if i knew how to count change.

There is no best part

ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE!!! I have worked at sonic for over 5 months and they are putting me on 7 hour shifts of just taking orders. However, they put a new girl who worked at sonic for a week on drinks and ice-cream. Today was my 8th 7 hour shift IN A ROW on only speaker.

“No you don’t not here anyway” might be my favorite answer. The folks that didn’t go to school also did not use any punctuation in there comment.
