Self paced maintenance work. Plan your days by prioritizing work tickets and other processes that need done around the buildings. Occasionally aid other departments when they are short handed. When two people from mail services quit I stepped in to aid them with deliveries while managing my maintenance work tickets. Setup conference rooms and work spaces for events and general use. Hardest part of the job would be the lack to advance in the company. The most enjoyable part of my job would be seeing and communicating with everyone from the CEO to the Janitorial staff.
If you get a call or a email from this company run as fast as you can because they do not care about their employees working for them at all. They don't call to follow up with you to see how things are going or if you need anything from them. The was a full time position that came available at the company that I worked for so I called them to see if they had heard about it and they told me they was going to check into it and get back with me and as of October 9, 2020 I'm still waiting to hear from them and this was back in March when I spoke to them about the position.
I valued my time at Rangam as a contract employee. Rangam has a friendly staff who would frequently check-in but never micromanaged my efforts. The assignment was interesting and with a quality company. My paycheck always was deposited on-time and I operating with the autonomy that enabled me to be effective. I would recommend the firm to others who are beginning or would like to initiate assignments as a contractor.

I'm so glad I signed up with this company, there support is awesome. They helped me land a job near my home with fair wages. My Representative always follows up me and she keeps me in the loop of any changes.
weekly paid if requested
They are on the East Coast, I will they had a local office in Riverside
Arrogant owners unwilling to pay their staff or invest in their staff causing slow growth and heavy turnover. Slow decision making creating missed opportunities to expand business. Poor team environment because employees need to always watch their own pockets for compensation so focus is never on growing the business.

Do these reviews help you learn more about working at Rangam Consultants Inc.?
As a contract administrative assistant, all the communication with Rangam was done over the phone and through email. The worst part of the experience was trying to understand the emloyees at Rangam since their English was difficult to comprehend. Do not like that they offer NO benefits such as vacation and/or insurance or 401(k).
A good company to work through. The processes for working remotely function well. If/when issues arise they are handled quickly. The client companies worked for excellent personnel to work with.
Quick to respond to needs
Work assignment involved working out of town
I was placed on an assignment Jan 2015 (3-6 month assignment) & was asked to return to the same department Sept 2015- May 2017. I must say Rangam placed me on the perfect assignment, the atmosphere was just what I was looking for, the staff is always helpful & I would recommend a family/friend.
