Been working there for over a year as audit. GM of the hotel is one of the best manager I've worked with, but the owner not so much. Even working for a year, they never gave me a raise or overtime, even going past 40 hours.

I feel very stagnant in this position. There is no growth within his company. I have dealt with working long hours and having hours missing off my check . The manger is Very unprofessional. It’s a lot more I could say about her but I’m a just leave that alone. There is no teamwork involved in this place or communication.
Terrible place to work. Disorganized. Rude employees and inexperienced manager. They do not practice sanitation and do not use proper cleaning solutions.

Falls: Surveillance to Sites/Shootings,Vandalism,etc throughout employment at both properties and movement of scenework is as difficult as all other properties Federal Forensic Franchise Work Pay and Litigation; all taken at the press of course! I just can't win my own DAWRY!Great personnel and opportunity exist at Holiday Inn.
Overall this would be a great place to work. Whether temporarily or long-term. Job corps incarceration is what sent me to the Holiday Inn with no experience.

Great Supervisors. Easy schedule. Great Co workers. I really enjoyed my job here. Would have never left but they had to do some lay offs due to covid 19.Hope to return.

Great to work here. Get up early and get the job done. Getting up at 5 am was hard but it does pay off because you are done by 12 to 1pm. Once you get used to the routine, the job becomes easier. The hardest of cleaning after the breakfast bar but you get used to it.

So when I started i loved my job. I worked here for years. Enjoyed going to work every day. Managment had changed for the whole hotel and department. And the days got longer. Then it seemed like I literally lived in the place and hardly left. My kid never got to see me. The managamemt changed really effected the way everything flowed and how everyone worked. Lost most of the employment. And then couldnt get people hired to help. Not sure what its like now. But I hear nothing good about working in the hotel part. Not sure about max and ermas and the center part.
Love the work. I've met a lot of interesting people. It's always different every day. Can have it's ups and downs but overall the work is very rewarding.

Great job for "people" people! With all customer service jobs there will be good and bad.. Schedules can be a bit all over the place and eventually gets old. Not much of a life outside the job.

When I first started. I enjoyed my job very much as I began in housekeeping. It was a pleasant experience but I ended up moving to maintenance. I enjoyed this even more because I worked completely alone and could listen to podcasts. I had nothing but good comments from guests there. I enjoyed speaking with them and the other ladies there. You will most definitely meet wonderful people there. Towards the end of my time working there we had a change in management. As the saying sometimes goes "management moods everything". I was being asked to do things outside of my job description. As well as being told I couldn't leave until my work was checked. Sometimes I'd have to wait up to 30 minutes and she never had a complaint. It felt so personal and I couldn't figure out why. In her first month there two girls quit and one was fired. Eventually it became too much and I left as well. Holiday inn can be a wonderful place to work with the right management.

Management does not possess empathy or compassion for their employees!! No work life balance!! Management does not help out when needed. Certain employees get away with stealing from the company while managent turns a blind eye!!

not worth it, especially for the pay. people have worked there for over a year with no raise, and it's long, inconsistent hours with no room for growth.
Daily work was always different but yet the same. Same steps , different people. Fellow workers were gems. Everyone worked together to get through one event to the next.

Bad supervisor and coworkers. They just want to do everything fast without them actually doing proper cleaning of the rooms. All of the workers are always talking bad about every ones back, you can't trust nobody there. They always give you 13 to 18 rooms to clean and pushing you to finish early

-Great place to work. -Lots of activities for employees. -They do not have sick days and holidays but do give you more PTO to cover these items. -Located on the Beach!
Some good coworkers others just rude and don't really care about there employers. Over work there employers and if they don't do a good enough job to there standers yell at them(not talk) basically do not see the good in the employees
