I would also have a qualified maintenance person that could actually do things instead of “putting a bandaid on things “. Also, I would do a thorough background check on all employees. Along with a drug test. Also, uniforms are a must and should be provided at no cost to employees.

Answered February 25, 2020$10 per hour OT was not allowed, but OT was selective. They adjusted time cards back to 39.95 if your card showed OT hours. No one can make a good living on that cheap mentality .
