I applied for the position on Indeed. I received a call from a recruiter asking if I am interested in an interview. A couple days after that, I had a phone screening interview with the recruiter. A couple days later the recruiter called again and asked me to come in for an in person interview. I went for the in-person interview a couple days later and they asked a lot of questions about my experience and background and I also had to fill out a writing sample while I was there. They answered any questions I had and asked me to fill out an availability chart and when I could start as well as paperwork for a drug screening. The in person interview took about an hour.

Answered August 17, 2020There are no typical days if you work in the c- suite or the career center. Every day is as diverse as the clients we serve. One day you could be coordinating with the grant coordinator for program funding, the next day you could be performing analytical research on the job market or designing curriculum for training classes.

The upper management are rude and a few even bully you until you hate to come to work. They expect you to sell junk to people at high prices. It’s supposed to be a place for low income to come and shop and its more like their trying to be bath and body works. When it comes to get an raise or management job. They Degrade you that your not good enough to be a manager. You have to make sure you get your quota for the month and weekly duties done.
