Good paying job Very physical job that helped me get into great shape Allowed a lot of flexibility to transfer anywhere in the country. Fast paced environment. Was stressful at times due to late freight.
Pros
Good pay - good exercise
Cons
Stressful at times
A great company to work for and advance in. There is a lot of opportunity and management is present, attentive, and respectful. Start at 2pm and clock out at 9pm.
Pros
Good pay, + hours, work/life balance
Cons
Peak season
Job keeps me in shape, managers are cool Christmas season gets hectic but there’s money to be made benefits are A1 you also get flight discount too I also have a lot of family home time
Was there 30 years. Was a class a driver doing line haul. Spent 11 years in management and 7 years delivering goodies to customers. Goodies being small packages under 150 pounds. Was a wonderful experience. I retired that’s why I left.
Fun but they only seem to hire younger less qualified drivers who refuse to work any ot. Hire drivers who want to work and want to help the station. Other than that great place to work!
Pros
Plenty of hours
Cons
Fedex refuses to hire 40 or older drivers

Pros- Good pay and it guaranteed raise every year Fast paced (con depending if you like slower jobs) Decent management They like to hire inhouse before hiring externally for promotions or job changes Cons- The job will physically destroy you, I'm young and in shape and I still find myself sleeping way more than I should. Bosses will act like your friends, but will do so to get you to deliver more packages and come in extra. Huge sticklers on policy. You can get punished and written up for something that isn't entirely clear. The job is so tumultuous. Especially doing the winter (weather) and even more so during pre-Christmas. You can either be sent home early (job is hourly so it will affect pay) or be expected to come in 4 hours later but still work a full day. Consistency is poor.
Pros
Pay, pace, management, advancement
Cons
No Varity, physically demanding, strict
This isn’t like FedEx grounds they actually make sure all the workers are safe and the supervisors were very easygoing and the work is not hard at all yeah you may break a little sweat but you’re not walking out completely exhausted
Pros
Pay, Benefits, Laid Back
Cons
They way they do clock ins
I loved the work culture at Goldman Sachs. It was one of the best working environments in all my working years. The people at GS are mature and appreciative. The unique part of GS is that they are so diverse but yet so inclusive. The opportunities they give their employees to excel is another unique feature of GS. Every employee is treated equally with respect. I loved working at Goldman Sachs. I reported into the GS London office initially and had the best ‘boss’ anyone could ever dream of. There was perfect work-life balance. Thank you Goldman Sachs for providing me the exceptional training and experience that has helped me become a better individual today!
Pros
Not much to complain about it is pretty good.
Cons
Not much to complain about it is pretty good.
All right job with all right pay. We are always short at our ramp/terminal. I were 6 days a week all year around no choice. They can't hire any other drivers fo some reasons. So for that reason i work 6 days a week
Pros
Flexible
Cons
Late flights some days
Great place to work if you’re not scared of work. Promoted from within. Managers are mostly good people. Be prepared to work and if you work overnight it gets cold.
Work is simple but hard, unloading boxes and bags from containers onto a conveyor belt. Co Workers are friendly, and management is decent, however lack of helping hands and long work nights due to late and extra flights make it a difficult job. Benefits are great, but if you aren't there for that, then I can't recommend
Pros
Simple, Nice Co-Workers and Management
Cons
Hard work, long / inconsistent shifts
They pay good money and give benefits, but the work environment is overwhelming and pessimistic, and they overwork you for longer hours than you agree to. SEVERELY understaffed. 5 hour part time turns into 10 hour overtime because they work you until it's done. Management is okay but not flexible.
Pros
Pay and benefits
Cons
Overworking, understaffed, bad work environment
Bad management. It's only good if you are a friend of management. It's who you know, not what you know. The management is threatened by knowledge brought in by other people's experience. The management likes to pot stir problems between employees and it creates a hostile working environment.
Pros
Good benefits
Cons
Terrible management
Overall Fedex Express in a really great place to work. They offer a decent wage for the work you perform. Raises could be better though. With their current pay structure it takes 10 years to top out.
Started good. Then went corporate, COVID -19 created year round peak. 6 day work week every 3 weeks. Out on disability due to volume. Station understaffed and high turnover rate.
Pros
Some of the people
Cons
Changed healthcare plan. Had to request continuation of care for my wife's cancer treatments.
Everyone work as a team. Somewhat everyone. You have to move fast otherwise the belt line will jam or you’ll have boxes on the floor. It’s ok to help others if your line is ok or finished. If you see boxes on the floor pick them up it could cause accidents. Always be careful. Look and pay attention to things. Do not get hurt. They will find every thing in there power to Blame you for your injury. No they will not pay you.
During Orientation you are told about a Completely different Company then when you Actually Start out at the HUB. No work-Life Balance. Management has no empathy nor are they Personable. The Pay is Okay, Definitely not worth how much work you have to do.
Pros
Okay Pay
Cons
Gaslighting of Work Environment
TERRIBLE management. Tons of accidents that the company never pays for because they get their in house medical "trainers" to write down the severity of injuries.
Still made us work many hours during a bad weather storm in Texas even while going of a generator power going on an off building was cold water was leaking everywhere from busted pipes
FedEx will keep 1 job no chance advancement / have deal all type weather heat & cold. HR personal are selfish treat employees as subordinates when all parcel are done have walk around for parcel 3 has hidden could be trash can if not found write you up
Pros
Health plan
Cons
No advancement /
