I liked working there. I loved the flexible schedule.

Overall a good company to work for if you like to travel.

Offer the owner skill soft courses especially on how to manage multiple locations and how to communicate effectively with staff. The owner allowed the agents to speak to the employees rudely with out backing us up, not even behind the agents back. The employees were at fault for everything even when the owner failed to communicate effectively she would say you should of known better. The day came when I finally brought it to her attention that we need better direction and the tale is only as good as the head. I had to move on from there. Noway could I continue to work for her. I watched her manager walk out that worked for her for 11 years without a pay raise, because she asked for one. There was no loyalty here, no mission, no company values. Just a for profit establishment with a high turnover rate.
