Its just a job. Really there is nothing special about this place. I took the job as a way to keep so.e money in my pocket, but I'd I had Bill's to pay, there is no way I could have done that.

High expectations, low moral, pay and appreciation

Daily task given, then changed or disrupted for something else then told needed to work on time management, Management expected policy and practices be followed, but requested employees to do otherwise, very clicky, dealing with all the drama created between employees, safety aspects being ignored, throwing each other under the bus. Most of the customers were awesome people, they enjoyed shopping at the store and seeing all the new things arriving, I met several awesome people from all walks of life.

It was a lot of work. Was told it was part time but I was getting worked like it was a full time job. Was expected to put back two days worth of go backs in 30 min when I also had to stay on register and clean

It's retail

Freight centric. Little to no work life balance for store managers. Benefits are expensive but that's no different than most retailers. Most locations are not organized. Hard to keep good people on board because of low hourly pay.

Never knew about a work from home program. Not given too many be advancement opportunities sad too say and considered myself a descent employee. My location had a very rude management team , again sad when cheerful customer service is very relevant.
