Decent job

Decent place. They offer to work in other line groups sometimes if you don't make it into the 1 you originally applied for. Some line groups offer bonuses. The work "CAN" be easy and the schedule is steady. Sometimes you can feel like the people there aren't so genuine thought if you are a down to earth person but not bad place for employment

They want you to succeed

Since day one they made me feel like family. Managers are always there to help when you need them. Awesome coworkers. They do offer benefits. Paid time off. Many opportunities for advancement. It's a call center so if that's not your thing then you won't like it.

Still working here and it is horrible! I dislike the communication and work environment. Computer are always messing up and pay is very oddly off.

Ehhhh

Work here if you have no other options. You may get a decent schedule depending on program they stick you with. You may end up in two or three programs within a year so you'll have to adapt and deal with different personalities. Dont take too many bathroom breaks they will start watching you. If you are good on phone be prepared to take a LOT of calls your coworkers will pretend to work while you do it all.
