Answered October 23, 2020Arrive at 5am if you are stocking produce. 6 usually has one to 2 associates arriving to stock the grocery truck. Produce stocker will usually work on deli case and freezer after produce is done. Store opens at 8-9 am depending on volume. Coordinate cashiers and back them up with customer over flow. Run a register during their lunch break. Shift change at 1-2 for closing MOD. Sometimes the Grocery trucks takes a long time to finish. It never stops. Days go by quickly but call outs can ruin things and keep you their late. In the middle of this you have to order for the next delivery depending on the volume of the store. Good company but you have to have a constant sense of urgency and a positive attitude. Hard work is rewarded.
